SHIPPING COSTS
Delivery costs are applied in relation to the weight of the articles. In Italy, however, no contribution is required for orders of more than € 60 (excluding discounts, promotions and collection costs).
METHOD OF DELIVERY
The shipment of products is carried out by the shipper selected by Maravigghia Palermo di Salvatore Randazzo with Mail Boxes ETC. , for which a shipment tracking service is active.
The courier makes deliveries on working days (excluding, therefore, Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays) from 9:00 to 18:00. Deliveries will be made within 24/48 hours from the date of the Order Confirmation (if the order is placed before 16.00 on a working day and except in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances) excluding disadvantaged areas.
In case of non-delivery, the courier leaves a notice of passage on the intercom/in the mailbox, notifying the recipient of the passage. The next day a second pass is automatically rescheduled. If the recipient is still absent, the shipment will be kept in the local branch for 3 working days. On the 4th working day, the parcel is deposited at the appropriate post office and the postman delivers a notice card to the recipient. The recipient has an additional 7 days (including Saturday) to collect the package at the post office. In the absence of a collection within this time, the package is automatically returned to Maravigghia Palermo by Salvatore Randazzo.
Maravigghia Palermo di Salvatore Randazzo will not be responsible for any malfunction in the delivery service by the courier.
In case of deliveries made at receptions (with signature for the collection by the receptionist), Maravigghia Palermo of Salvatore Randazzo will not be held responsible for subsequent failure to deliver the package to the final recipient.
If a destination country does not appear in the list, it means that there is currently no delivery of products to that country. However, as Salvatore Randazzo’s Maravigghia Palermo is considering the possibility of extending the list of countries to which shipments should be made, we recommend to contact info@maravigghiapalermo.com
At the time of delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check: that the number of packages in delivery corresponds to what is indicated on the transport document;
that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps);
any damage to the packaging and/or product, or mismatches in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately detected, by affixing a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier;
any problems with the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received shall be reported within 14 days after delivery, The Commission will also be responsible for the preparation of the European Environment Agency’s proposals.
SHIPPING TIMES
The delivery of products takes place within 24-48 hours from the date of receipt of order if it is made before 16 o'clock on a working day. Any delivery delays may be caused by the temporary unavailability of products, malfunctions in the service by the courier, force majeure or in the event of a holiday. In case of purchase with credit card or PayPal, the delay in shipment may be caused by the impossibility to withdraw the authorized amount for payment. The delivery times indicated by Maravigghia Palermo di Salvatore Randazzo should be considered as purely indicative and a delay compared to the same, or the possible delivery made with successive shipments split, do not legitimise the Customer to refuse the same delivery and claim for compensation or damages.
