Ansò Sparkling white wine

Ansò is a young wine, characterized by an elegantly fruity bouquet that releases a pleasant freshness and minerality with every sip. The destemmed grapes undergo cryomaceration in stainless steel winemaking tanks at a controlled temperature of 8°–10°C for a maximum of 6–8 hours. The wine then matures on its lees for 4 months. Secondary fermentation takes place in autoclaves at controlled temperature and pressure, ensuring the quality and effervescence of the finished product.
