The Rosato from the Authentic di Sicilia line has depicted on the label the complete work of the Bagheria painter Renato Guttuso, Paesaggio dell'Aspra (1959, Oil on canvas, private collection). A perfect maritime glimpse, which evokes the magic of this corner of the coast where the author lived and of his first loves, to tell the special bond with a terroir that is not only oenological but also cultural.

It is best expressed as an aperitif but also goes well with fish dishes. Try it with… Raw fish carpaccio.
