The Rosé from the Autentici di Sicilia Line features the complete work of the painter from Bagheria, Renato Guttuso, on its label: Paesaggio dell’Aspra (1959, oil on canvas, private collection). A perfect seascape that evokes the magic of this stretch of coastline where the artist lived and experienced his first loves, conveying the special bond with a terroir that is not only devoted to wine but also rich in culture.

It is at its best as an aperitif, but also pairs well with fish dishes. Try it with… raw fish carpaccio.
