Catalù Organic Catarratto

With a straw-yellow color tending towards golden, like the mustard flowers depicted on the label, Caruso & Minini's Catalù Catarratto expresses an exuberant mix of fruit and floral scents on the nose, which helps to enhance its freshness and elegance.
The sea breezes blowing from the sea to the vineyards make it full-bodied, mineral, and slightly savory. After manual harvesting during the first ten days of September, the grapes are cryomacerated in stainless steel fermenters for full extraction of polyphenolic substances; the resulting product ages in steel before bottling. A distinctive white wine, suitable for any meal, capable of encapsulating the essence of a winemaking history dedicated to love for the vineyard and the territory of Salemi.

Both the name and the label were created in collaboration with Laboratorio Zanzara, in the spirit of social inclusion.
