Organic Catalù Catarratto

Straw yellow tending toward gold, like the mustard flowers depicted on the label, Catalù Catarratto by Caruso & Minini offers an exuberant blend of fruity and floral aromas on the nose, enhancing its freshness and elegance.
The sea breezes blowing from the sea to the vineyards make it full-bodied, mineral, and slightly savory. After being hand-harvested during the first ten days of September, the grapes undergo cryomaceration in stainless-steel wine tanks for full extraction of the polyphenolic compounds; the resulting wine is aged in stainless steel before bottling. A distinctive white wine, suitable throughout a meal, capable of embodying the essence of a winemaking story devoted to love for the vineyard and the Salemi region.

Both the name and the label were created in collaboration with Zanzara Workshop , dedicated to social inclusion.
