Organic Modica CHOCOLATE cinnamon and vanilla 50g*IGP: Vanilla is a spice with a warm and intense aroma with a light fruity plum scent, while cinnamon has a persistent and sometimes pungent aroma. The union of these spices with chocolate is one of the most successful in pastry making today. Ciokarrua chooses to combine a minimum of 60% dark cocoa with these spices to enhance their aroma and flavour.

Organic Modica CHOCOLATE fior di sale 50g*IGP: Authentic Sicilian delight, Sicilian salt has a delicate aroma and brings with it the scent of the Sicilian sea. Ciokarrua chooses to combine a minimum of 60% cocoa with fleur de sel, thus enhancing the intense notes of a good dark chocolate.

Organic Modica CHOCOLATE Mandarin 50g*IGP : Mandarins are particularly aromatic and fragrant citrus fruits, they stimulate our palate with their sweet and intense flavour. Mandarin is a precious ingredient for flavoring and flavoring desserts. Ciokarrua chooses to combine a minimum of 60% cocoa with mandarin to enhance the contrast between good dark chocolate and the sweetness of mandarin.
