Typical of the province of Trapani, Marsala is a fortified wine known for its extreme adaptability in the kitchen as well as at the table. What makes this wine unique is a mix of spicy, ripe, herbaceous and salty aromas with ethereal, floral, fruity, spicy and toasted notes that Ciokarrua combines with a minimum 50% cocoa, for a hedonistic and intense experience. The result will be a myriad of sensations on the palate: the nuance and persistence of the aromas together with the sweetness and body are expertly balanced in the new lively flavors of the traditional Ciokarrua line.
