Modica Chocolate PGI Rum

The colorful line of Modica Igp Chocolate “ From Sicily whit Love ” tastes of the sea, of the sun, of warm summer evenings, Ciokarrua dedicates it to baroque Sicily made of unique sensory experiences. A yellow-brown brandy, rum is closely linked to the history of the Caribbean and South America. Its strong taste finds its best match in dark chocolate.

Ciokarrua chooses to combine its Modica dark chocolate (minimum 50%) with rum to enhance the honey notes and body perceived in the mouth. Their union creates an intense concentration of aromas and perfumes that make this distillate quite characteristic. The result will be a myriad of sensations on the palate: the nuance and persistence of the aromas together with the sweetness and body are expertly balanced in the new lively flavors of the traditional Ciokarrua line.
