Authentic Sicilian delight, Sicilian salt has a delicate aroma and brings with it the scent of the Sicilian sea.

Ciokarrua chooses to combine a minimum 50% cocoa with fleur de sel, thus enhancing the intense notes of a good dark chocolate.
