Sicilian pickled cucunci

Cucunci, the caper fruit, are famous for their strong and pungent taste. Our vinegar cucunci are ready to use, ideal for aperitifs or as salad dressings.

Ingredients:
Cucunci (caper fruit), water, vinegar, salt.

Processing:
The cucunci are harvested by hand and subsequently washed, salted and packaged in sterile jars with water and vinegar.

Net weight : 280 grams

Storage times and methods: 24 months from the date of production.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
