Grico Grecanico

Orange blossoms, sage, and fruity notes envelop Caruso & Minini's Grico, a wine with a fresh and joyful character. The harmony of this white wine can be sensed from the moment of the harvest, through careful and rigorous manual picking. The grapes are then rapidly cooled, followed by gentle whole-cluster pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation at 16–18°C for 20 days. After 4 months of aging in stainless steel, it is bottled. An intense, fragrant white wine with golden highlights, the ideal companion for elaborate dishes and bold flavors.
