Grico Grecanico

Orange blossom, sage and fruity notes envelop Caruso & Minini's Grico, a wine with a fresh and joyful character. The harmony of this white wine can be perceived right from the moment of harvest, through careful and rigorous hand-picking. This is followed by a sudden lowering of the temperature of the grapes, a soft pressing of the whole bunch and a controlled temperature fermentation at 16-18°C for 20 days. After 4 months of ageing in steel, bottling completes the process. An intense, fragrant white wine with golden reflections, an ideal companion for elaborate dishes with strong flavours.
