The cultivation of legumes in organic farming represents a practice of fundamental importance for renewing the fertility of the soil without the use of synthetic fertilizers. All our products are obtained from the transformation of the best legumes grown exclusively on our estates.

Legumes are a very important food in our children's diet, paediatricians recommend letting children eat them up to 3 times a week and introducing them gradually from 7 months onwards, starting with lentils; unless the pediatrician advises otherwise.
