Organic Lillo Grillo

Intensity, elegance. Caruso & Minini’s “Lillo” tells the story of the biodiversity of the area and the connection between people and nature through a label featuring the image of wood sorrel flowers growing wild among the vineyard rows. The winemaking process involves cryomaceration of the destemmed grapes at a controlled temperature of 4°C for approximately 4–12 hours, followed by static clarification and aging in steel before bottling. An easy-drinking white wine, able to “thread its way” through the typical flavors of Sicilian tradition with its rich aromatic profile of flowers and fruit. Its savory character on the palate is striking, in balance with its structure and softness.

Both the name and the label were created in collaboration with Zanzara Workshop , centered on social inclusion.
