Lillo Organic Grillo

Intensity, elegance. Caruso & Minini's “Lillo” tells the story of local biodiversity, the connection between man and nature, through a label featuring the image of the wood sorrel flowers that grow spontaneously among the rows of the vineyard. The winemaking stages include cryomaceration of the destemmed grapes at a controlled temperature of 4°C for approximately 4-12 hours; static clarification follows, then aging in steel, before bottling. A ready-to-drink white wine, capable of "inserting itself" among the typical flavors of Sicilian tradition with its broad aromatic bouquet of flowers and fruit. The savory vein on the palate is surprising, in balance with structure and softness.

Both the name and the label were created in collaboration with Laboratorio Zanzara, under the banner of social inclusion.
