

Late Sicilian Mandarin Jam
Unmistakable colours and aromas that the fertile land of the Conca d'Oro offers among its riches. The late mandarins are called "marzuddi" - in dialect - to indicate that their production takes place during the month of March.
With a sweet taste but with sour and sparkling notes, it can be used to fill desserts. It also pairs well with slightly bitter cheeses, such as goat cheeses, creating a pleasant combination.

Organic late mandarins (75%), organic whole cane sugar, carob seed flour.
