Unmistakable colors and scents that the fertile land of Conca d'Oro offers among its riches. Late mandarins are called " marzuddi " - in dialect - to indicate that its production takes place during the month of March.
With a sweet taste but with sour and sparkling notes, it can be used to fill desserts. It also pairs well with slightly bitter cheeses, such as goat's cheese , creating a pleasant encounter.

Organic late mandarins (75%), organic whole cane sugar , carob seed flour.
