Sicilian Multi-Flower Honey
Multi-flower honey is one of the most well-known honeys for its benefits related to winter ailments, given the strong presence of minerals and antioxidants, and as a natural sweetener. This honey is the result of different varieties of flowers of the typical Sicilian scrub, including sulla, cardoon, dill and spontaneous blooms. It is cold-extracted and is not subject to pasteurization.
