Sicilian Sulla Honey

Sulla honey is a typical Sicilian monofloral honey, with a delicate, persistent flavor and floral notes. Sulla honey is renowned for its numerous beneficial properties, including detoxifying, restorative, and soothing effects. Sulla belongs to the legume family, which is widespread in the Sicilian hills, and has crimson-red flowers. It blooms between April and June, and after cutting, it is also used as animal fodder.
