The balanced and harmonious TONDO EVO oils are ideal for enhancing every dish.

Produced in Sicily by Tonda Iblea, a native cultivar of the Monti Iblei, resistant to cold and grown without pesticides.

The olives, harvested between September and October, are cold-pressed within a few hours to preserve their quality and aromas. The oil is filtered and carefully stored until bottling, preserving all its properties intact.

URBE CHIC line

"URBE CHIC" is an anagram of BUCCHERI, the Sicilian town where the ancient olive groves are located, from which the TONDA IBLEA olives in this EVO oil come.

NOBILI TIME line

"NOBILI TIME" is an anagram of MONTI IBLEI, the mountains of eastern Sicily from which the native olives that make up this BLEND come.

Special edition "Sicilian Moors"

Tondo wants to celebrate Sicily and has created a special edition featuring the heads of the Moors, one of the island's symbols, in both female and male versions.

Size: 250 ml / 2 x100 ml

Tondo's bottles are made of dark glass to protect the oil from sunlight. The anti-refill cap, as required by law, is made of aluminum, avoiding a plastic capsule with a view to environmental sustainability.
