Did you know that : Paccheri are a classic pasta shape used in Neapolitan cuisine, usually accompanied by rich and succulent sauces. These are giant macaroni that Neapolitans also call "schiaffoni": the Greek etymology of the word, in fact, indicates a pat or open-handed slap given amicably on the shoulder.
