Sicilian sun-dried tomatoes in oil

Sun-dried tomatoes are a versatile product with very ancient origins. Our sun-dried tomatoes in oil are ready-to-eat antipasti with a bold, intense flavor.

Ingredients: Cherry tomatoes (60%), extra virgin olive oil, basil, vinegar, and salt.

Processing: Sun-dried tomatoes are made using an ancient Sicilian technique: the tomatoes are washed, cut, and left to dry in the sun for a couple of weeks. After drying, the tomatoes are immersed in oil and flavored with basil.

Sizes: 90 and 200 grams
