From the fertile hills of the Risignolo Estate, from Soil No. 5 of the vineyard, comes this fresh and savoury Zibibbo, grown in soils rich in clay and limestone and the result of a careful selection by the Agronomist and the Oenologist.
Vintage: 2021
Contains sulphites.
The choice of this portion of land, 50% limestone and 50% clay, with a percentage of sand, and having favored the exposure to the South-East, where the warmer sun ripens the grapes first, were fundamental in the development of the rich aromas of Suolo that interprets in a new way the typical flavors of this aromatic vine. The aroma in the glass is intense but fine, with decisive notes of orange blossom and Mediterranean scrub, combined with fruity aromas from which Sicilian citrus and tropical fruit emerge clearly. On the palate it is dry, fresh and pleasantly savory.
It pairs well with fish appetizers and raw seafood, fish-based first courses, grilled red tuna, bottarga and sea urchins. Try it with… Raw shrimp.
